On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] CIty carrier pulled up his LLV 4318549 to a curbed area at [REDACTED] which is in an apartment complex to deliver a package as he was stepping out of the LLV his right foot slipped off the bottom LLV step and his right foot landed between the curb and the LLV on the ground with his full body weight. Per his statement said this caused his ankle to roll and he lost his balance and felt a sharp pain along the right instep and bottom of his right foot as well as his ankle.
