From employee written statement:Traveled with big tow truck to [REDACTED] to pick up FFV. Traveled back to shop backed tow truck with FFV loaded into open spot. Lowered lift to unload. Went to remove arms from wheel lift but was not able to. Attempted to rock FFV back and forth to gain momentum with left leg behind and right leg forward in a stretch like position. While rocking vehicle I heard a pop like sound followed by pain coming from left calf area. Walked into shop and notified lead and supervisor.
