Delivering mail

City Carrier was delivering mail on his route [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. The day was Sunny and clear. Carrier was delivering mail to [REDACTED]. As he put the mail in customer 's box he was stung in the forearm. He called his supervisor and informed him he was stung. He was asked if he was reporting an accident he said he was going to continue to deliver and he just wanted to let us know. After the workday was over location of the sting was swollen and painful. When he woke the next day he had a sore throat he decided to go to urgent care. He text the supervisor that he was going to urgent care and should he come in after the appointment. Did not receive a response so he called off. Urgent care told him to take [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. No further talk happen about the bee sting. On [REDACTED] management received an email stating a [REDACTED] was filed. I went to the carrier for a statement.
