The carrier parked in front of the ramp at the [REDACTED] airport office. Carrier stepped out of his vehicle was trying to walk around his truck until he slipped on ice next to his vehicle. He states that he heard a snapping noise near his leg and hurt his leg. Carrier was limping and decided to go to the emergency right after.
