Before the incident
on [REDACTED] while working by myself at [REDACTED] I got 2 large packages that were heavy. I had no one to help lift them when I lifted the second heavy package I felt an excruciating pain radiating from both my wrist and back. I immediately put the package down so that I wouldn 't cause any harm to my unborn. I rereported the incident to my supervisor the next day. I think I need medical attention immediately.
