POV FAILURE TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY - The carrier was driving to his route travelling North on [REDACTED]. Upon approaching the intersection of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] another vehicle driven by an elderly female sped across the intersection cutting in front of the carrier. The [REDACTED] (7202680) struck the POV on the passenger side back end of the vehicle. The POV driver told the carrier that she was running late for a doctor 's appointment.
