What happened
[REDACTED] on my [REDACTED] sweep. I was refilling a white u-cart up with sacks when I was knocked to the ground. My leg (left) twisted and hit my knee hard on the ground. When I looked up to see the cause of me falling it was employee. As I limped up I went straight to my MDO hobbling. He asked me to tell him what happened and I did. I was distraught emotions running high and felt embarrassed. [REDACTED] seen the incident occur.
