What happened
On [REDACTED] City carrier arrived to the office after finalizing her route at approximately [REDACTED]. She exited her vehicle and went onto sidewalk to go get hamper to unload her vehicle. As she was walking the sidewalk there was a strap on the floor which her foot became tangled with causing the strap to raise and get the other foot stuck and entangled resulting in her falling to the ground and hitting the left side of her body mainly rib area.
