What happened
[REDACTED] at around [REDACTED]. I was setting up to start a walking loop on [REDACTED]. I put my satchel filled with Direct Advantage magazines on my shoulder. I immediately felt a weird pain from the right side of my neck and lower left side of my back. It shot from my neck to my lower back. I took my satchel off sat back down to see if the pain will subside but it wasn 't. I immediately called the [REDACTED] office and told my supervisor what had happened. I was instructed to head back to the office with whatever that was left. Once i retuned to the office i punched out and went home and iced my neck and back to see if the pain will go so i will be ready to work on [REDACTED] but i was physically unable to work because the pain didn 't stop.
