I was walking between [REDACTED] heading towards [REDACTED]. I noticed a yellow strip of plastic on the ground thought I stepped over it and caught my foot. Went on the ground face first. tried to get up and couldn 't my wrist was injured. A customer helped me up until my supervisor arrived.
