What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] employee assigned to [REDACTED] 4. At approximately [REDACTED] she claimed she twisted her ankle at [REDACTED] while delivering mail. Employee stated that she twisted while walking down the driveway of forementioned address. Despite the injuries she continued the [REDACTED] until [REDACTED]. At that point she notified management of the situation. Management promptly instructed her to cease work and seek medical attention if required. After returning from the street she informed management that she was going to seek medical attention. On [REDACTED] she informed management that her doctor put her out of work until [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. At this time she is not filling a claim for her injury. A doctor note will be provided upon her return to clear her to work fill capacity.
