What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was walking back to building when he tripped on concrete ramp where the ramp meets asphalt. My toe caught on lip of concrete due to gap from pavement resurfacing project. I landed primarily on my left leg where my keys and wallet were in my pocket. Employee came back into building and mentioned he tripped. He said he was ok. When asked if he was injured he said no. On [REDACTED] he came to work for about an hour and then notified supervisor that he needed to get his leg checked as it was hurting. He was put off the clock and sent with paperwork to get checked out.
