unloading a gaylord

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I use the pallet jack to pull a Gaylord in the big 6 area that I thought was only full of direct sacks. The Gaylord was already tearing open so I proceeded to start throwing off the direct sacks. As I got to the middle of the Gaylord there was a large box. I proceeded to bend over in the Gaylord and pick up the box. As I lifted the box I felt this excruciating pain in my right shoulder area. I immediately dropped the box back in the Gaylord because it was extremely heavy. There were no markings on the box to state that the box was heavy to lift. I continue working for about another 30 minutes and I still felt the pain in my shoulder area and thought that it was a muscle that I haven’t used before. The pain became so unbearable. I called my doctor to be seen. I put in a slip with SDO and told him I had an appointment and that I might be back afterwards. I needed to get my shoulder checked out. I left early to see my doctor that day because I thought
