What happened
I constantly work with my hands daily. I do constant grasping and grabbing onto bulk mail packages and magazines for the [REDACTED] or so. I also have to do a lot of throwing and tossing packages. I have tingling and numbness to both of my hands that radiate into my forearms all the way up to my elbows and shoulders. I also notice that when i lift my shoulders i feel pain to my neck.
