[REDACTED] stated he parked he was getting ready to dismount. All of sudden he was thrown forward into the steering. The Driver stated that he was coming down the road saw the postal van I thought it was moving. I didn 't see hazard lights tried to hit my brakes ran into the van. I didn 't see it in time not sure.
