What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] employee approached me at the [REDACTED] platform stating she was injured. She told me that she hit the sweep button on bin 101 to rearrange the mail but the button must of stuck because a package fell into the wire and struck her right hand. She stated she shook it off thinking it was nothing she continued to pull the full wire replace it print a new placard and hang it. It wasn 't until she tied a sack and placed it on the belt that she had a sharp pain in her right arm that 's when she approached me. By the time we walked back to bin 101 on the [REDACTED] the tugger had already taken the wire to another machine to be processed therefore I couldn 't find the package that struck employee. I told Maintenace to look at bin 101 to make sure it was functioning properly.
