I received a call from carrier at [REDACTED]. He informed me he fell & rolled his ankle. I instructed him to stay there. I met him at [REDACTED] I tried to get ring camera footage but the customers at the address did not want to get involved. He did not have on non-slip shoes as required by postal policy. I took photos & told him to return to the station. I collected his statement. He did not want medical assistance.
