I was delivering a parcel to [REDACTED] I stopped back towards the LLV I stepped off the step and tripped sideways to my left when I heard a loud pop in my knee. I immediately excruciating felt pain in my knee it took me a couple of seconds to brace myself. A customer came to help me back to my truck (she seen it happen). This occurred around [REDACTED].
