On [REDACTED] carrier was out delivering on his route when he fell on snow and ice at [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] He didn [REDACTED] notify management about his fall because he stated that he thought he will be okay and continued to deliver the mail and parcels on his route. The following day [REDACTED] he came to the closing supervisor at approximately [REDACTED] after he completed his route and said that he wanted to report an accident that occurred the previous day [REDACTED] when he fell and hurt his left leg. Supervisor instructed him to write a statement and asked him did he need medical attention right now. He stated No he will go to the care station on [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
