[REDACTED]. At [REDACTED] Maintenance Mechanic employee came into the maintenance office and said she was reporting an accident and that she hurt her right wrist back on [REDACTED]. She said she was working in one of the scrap maintenance trailers moving rails and wooden stuff around. When she picked up one of the rails she felt a pain twinge in her right wrist. The trailer She was working in is located next to the maintenance employee parking lot across from the lunchroom it 's one of the ones we are getting rid of. This is all at the Lancaster P&DC. According to her this happened [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. Management has given stand-up talks in the past to report accidents when they occur. I will give another stand-up talk asap. She said she was going to the doctor for this [REDACTED]; [REDACTED].
