She stated that she had placed the mail on the floor of the promaster so she could go and deliver it. She then stated that she was standing outside the vehicle picking up the mail that she placed on the floor when the door closed on her.

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a carrier reported that as she was picking up mail off the floor of the [REDACTED] right inside the sliding door that a customer vehicle collided with the back of the [REDACTED] causing the sliding door to move forward and when it did it hir her in the left arm. She is now reporting that her left shoulder arm and hand are numb and tingling and that she needs medical attention.
