City Carrier called me around [REDACTED]. He was delivering a parcel to [REDACTED] which is a house on his mounted route. After putting down the parcel he turned around and started heading back to his truck when he said he felt a pop in the back of his right knee. Which by the way already have a brace on it. So he called the myself the supervisor to come out to him. I got there around [REDACTED] and saw employee sitting in his vehicle waiting.
