What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Supervisor was assisting with Amazon Pallets due to short staffing. she was bringing the pallets with pallet jack into the workroom floor and staging for clerks to start working. As she placed one of the pallets on the work room floors the pallet of parcels collapsed due to heavy high stack and not being wrapped correctly. As bunch of parcels fell from the top of the pallet and one falling on her left foot which carried a 35 pound dumbbell and crushing her left great toe. Resulted in a fracture.
