on [REDACTED] Carrier was bit by a dog during a parcel delivery in front of [REDACTED]. The dog came from behind him and bite him on his right knee to the left. He reported it after he came back from his route and not immediately after the bite. Carrier refused medical attention the day of and went to see his personal doctor the day after.
