What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] rural Carrier was performing a parcel delivery at [REDACTED] She came to a complete stop exited her vehicle and proceeded to go to the front door of the residence by foot. As she proceeded to the front of the home on sidewalk she tripped on an uneven part of the sidewalk causing her to fall facedown to the ground. Fall resulted in her spraining her left wrist and left knee contusion.
