On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Carrier was at his case 9657 putting up his mail. He was handling packages from amazon that were piled up at his carrier case. He picked up a Heavy Amazon Package to place it in his hamper. He turned around with the package in his hands and all of sudden felt a sharp pain in his lower back which caused him to fall to the floor. He couldn 't move because the pains were so sharp.
