On [REDACTED] A Full time Custodian employee reported that she had fallen in the ladies bathroom after slipping on some water and hurt her wrist. she did not tell the supervisor on the clock instead she sent a voice text to another supervisor. She went to Urgent care and they took xrays and told her it was sprained and to report back to work on the [REDACTED] On the [REDACTED] she decided that she wanted to follow up with her regular doctor and went in again where once again they took xrays and took her off work until the [REDACTED].
