What happened
Approximately [REDACTED] EE Tripped and fell to the concrete ground shoulder striking steel gas pump blocker. I was pumping gas into mail delivery vehicle when I step over gas pump hose tripping falling down striking steel blocker with my right shoulder and neck area. Right knee tissue scaring and skin abrasion. I immediately called [REDACTED] when then she contacted mgr. which he informed me that Supv is coming out to my location Exxon gas station [REDACTED] dr. supervisor came and took pictures of my shoes and knee. I was instructed to return to post office and write a statement .
