Carrier Statement: at [REDACTED] I went to deliver a package and two rocks was on the walkway instead of in the rock bed. I stepped over one and my right foot stepped on the other one and I feel on the ground over the rock bed. I hurt my right hand and it was swollen across the knuckles.
