What happened
Carrier stated they injured their left elbow hand while moving a package in the back of their vehicle. First they stated they were moving a package from the back of their vehicle to take to a customer 's front door and then they stated they were actually just rearranging the back of their vehicle when they moved this package. Carrier stated they felt a pain in their left elbow that caused a tingling sensation down to their left hand. When first asked around [REDACTED] carrier was unable to provide a time and place where this injury occurred. However after writing their statement they were able to remember this occurred around [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]
