What happened
[REDACTED] tripped on a wooden pallet that was left on the floor by [REDACTED]. I walked up the aisle going towards [REDACTED] took a left towards the dock. I could see gaylords staged for trash compactor the aisle looks clear up to the dock. So I continued to talk to co-worker and as I rounded the corner I tripped on wooden pallet which I didn 't see walking up to the dock.
