Walking in parking lot
What happened
I was en route to my coworker 's vehicle to begin my work route. As I was walking through the parking lot I tripped over a parking lot bumper that was not visible due to the darkness of the area. I fell forward landing directly on both my knees and elbows. At the time of the fall three other letter carriers helped me up. Although I was rattled I tried to brush it off and continued on my route. However as the day progressed I began to experience increasing pain especially on the left side of my body
