On [REDACTED] Employee notified management that on [REDACTED] while delivering on Captive ct there was a vehicle in her line of travel. After servicing box the employee started to go around vehicle. As carrier turned wheel she stated that it was very tight to turn and resulted in her R shoulder making a pop and started hurting. It continued to hurt so she stated she reported to us.
