What happened
Worked for the Postal Service for over 40 years as a Mail Handler. The work is physically demanding. The forklift that I am assigned requires me to turn from the hip when having to look behind me putting pressure on my lower back and left hip. Unfortunately the loads are stacked higher than I can see and the constant turning and twisting started causing pain that eventually became so bad I sought medical care from my personal physician. The vibration from the uneven flooring has worsened it.
