What happened
On [REDACTED] I was getting trays ready for dispatch i sleeved a tray weighing approx. 25 lbs. When I pulled the tray from rack i lifted it and felt a sharp pain in my lower back. I continued working and noticed the pain was getting worse throughout the day. By the [REDACTED] i noticed pain running down my left buttock and left leg. Lower back left leg and left buttock.
