What happened
BEM was working on bay door 31 along with another BEM. She was on top of the man door build out between bays 31 & 30 approximately 10ft off the ground. She was adjusting the spring tension on bay door 31 when the spring recoiled and the metal tool she was using hit her above her left eye socket causing a puncture wound. She then fell off the man door build out approximately 10ft onto the concrete platform floor. She fell face and belly down. She was unconscious for approximately 20-30 seconds. A compress was applied to stop the bleeding and an ambulance was called. The MERT team also responded. They stabilized her until the ambulance arrived. The ambulance took her to Cooper Trauma.
