On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Custodian contacted SCS to inform that he was the victim of road rage. Custodian was driving Government vehicle license plate # [REDACTED]. As he stops in front of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the person in the POV approach the government vehicle with a baseball bat in his hand hitting the driver side window shattering the glass. Custodian suffer bruises and lacerations to his face. Police were on the scene.
