[REDACTED] Approximately [REDACTED] on this date I fell outside the back door of our tool and parts room. I turned to come back in the door and my right foot went over the edge of the concrete walk area and I went down on my hands and knees. My right hand and knee were sore. My left hand is sore and swollen and hurts down the inner side of my wrist. Should you need any additional information please let me know.
