[REDACTED] claims to have hurt himself pushing cages. The supervisor has no knowledge of this accident other than what the employee wrote on his CA - . There are no witnesses as there was no recycle mail on the Air Dock [REDACTED] because the ODL crew that arrived at [REDACTED] had worked it all. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Employee did not report to the dock at [REDACTED] as he was assigned. The employee hopped on the zamboni and drove around the workroom floor for 1 hour and 45 minutes which I witnessed. The employee parked the zamboni at the workroom floor entrance and disappeared for hours. I spent hours searching for this employee and verified that he did not do any of his assignment. The employee re - appeared from the break room at [REDACTED] and clocked out to lunch. There was no recycle mail for the employee to work to get injured on.
