Verified by [REDACTED]: On [REDACTED] Tour 3 Custodian was cleaning a reported spill with another Custodian by the dumper area of the Automated Parcel Bundle Sorter. The spill was covering a large area with a slippery substance from a damaged package that appeared to be some kind of liquid soap or detergent and the area was congested with pallets and pallet jacks. At approximately [REDACTED] the Custodian slipped and fell back onto his back. The other Custodian and a Mail Handler helped him up. the custodian felt some pain in his back from the fall and reported the incident to the [REDACTED] on duty at the time. The employee refused professional medical care at this time but did make a written statement. The employee then returned to the workroom floor.
