What happened
I am reporting an injury incurred [REDACTED]. The cause is the expected drop of the steering handle of mule. I was asked by mail processing driver of mule to adjust the steering handle of this equipment. As i was trying to figure out the way to adjust it. I notice a lever at the bottom of the base of the steering handle. As i never adjust this equipment before. I pulled that lever with my left hand while trying to hold the top assembly with my right. As i released it. It suddenly drop as the weight of the top assembly was to great and unexpectantly heavy. My thumb was caught cutting the tip off the skin. I can wiggle my thumb the damage was the skin off the thumb
