Employee was found in and out of consciousness in the men 's room stall.

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] in the morning Tour 1 [REDACTED] was notified by [REDACTED] that there was a [REDACTED] passed out in the restroom by the main employee entrance. When the [REDACTED] arrived to investigate we found that the [REDACTED] was on the floor in the stall in and out of consciousness. We then called emergency services immediately and called employees who were on the emergency response team. When the paramedics arrived a [REDACTED] who was friends with the employee informed us that he was diabetic and when tested by the paramedics they said that his sugar levels were high. We provided emergency contact information for the employee and we provided them the one that is displayed in ERMs. Paramedics moved him out of the restroom into the ambulance and transported him to Albany Medical Center Hospital. Later in the morning around [REDACTED] we were informed by [REDACTED] that the [REDACTED] passed away at Albany Med. Hospital. Accident report was entered aft
