What happened
VIOLENCE - CUSTOMER - eComp claim notification received [REDACTED]. FTR City Carrier was delivering curbside mail along the route at [REDACTED]. She was unable to deliver mail to the mailbox at [REDACTED] because there were vehicles blocking the mailbox. The carrier bundled up the mail in a rubber band and proceeded to the next mailbox. When she went to the next box someone knocked on the non-driver side window of the truck. The carrier motioned for the person to come to the driver 's side of the delivery vehicle asked what they needed. The customer asked if they were not going to get their mail ([REDACTED]) and the carrier told them no that the mailbox access was blocked by vehicles. The customer threatened to physically harm the carrier and the carrier told the customer to do it. The customer grabbed the carrier by the shoulder and dragged her out of the vehicle when four other girls started hitting the carrier and dragging the carrier across the cement. The carrier swung at the girl
