Before the incident
Cutting hop bines and loading them into the truck. The employee was helping guide the cut bines into the back of the truck as they made their way down the row and loaded the truck.
What happened
When the top cutter was going along the top of the bine cutting them from the wire. The mix of the wight from bines hanging on the wire and the tension caused by the top cutter caused one of the clamps holding the wire up on the poles to fail which resulted in the wire being released and hitting the employee in the back.
