IE was assisting with loading and unspooling a coil of aluminum onto a plasma torch table.

IE was holding the end of a coiled sheet of aluminum near the floor where it was resting on a set of rollers. The co-worker controlling the decoiler put the rollers into reverse causing his fingers to be pulled under the coil.

Amputation of right pinky between the first and second joint. Split skin and tendon damage on the underside of all fingers except the thumb.
