What happened
While working on a special project which involved lifting and carrying 20+ lbs bins full of books I strained the upper right side of my back. I initially hoped the pain would go away on its own but it did not with the repetition of the work. Specifically twisting carrying heavy bins pushing and pulling carts crouching over bending and reaching aggravated the injury.
