The more the employee worked on the machine the pains got worse and worse. The employee went home [REDACTED] and thought that the pain would go away. On the morning of [REDACTED] the employee was working in automation on [REDACTED] #31. Around [REDACTED] the employee switched from feeding to sweeping on [REDACTED] #31. When the employee started sweeping the pain from yesterday came back radiating in the shoulder area. The more the employee worked on the machine the worse the pains in the shoulder area became. Finally the employee reported to Supervisor [REDACTED] about the pain in her shoulder at [REDACTED].
