What happened
Employee stated he fell while pulling a pallet out of the [REDACTED] staging lane for the AFSM. He slipped and during the fall hurt his hip. He stated another employee helped him up from the floor. He then stated he was feeling dizzy and his toes were tingling and he could not put weight on his leg. The employee stated that after resting for 30 minutes the dizziness began to subside. Employee was picked up by an unidentified person and taken to urgent care.
