Employee was preparing to charge a sit down lift at the charging stations suite [REDACTED]. As he brought the extension connector to the lifts receiving connector it flashed became hot and popped as it discharged electricity before being connected.

Electric shock was received and employee reported that he had tingling burning sensation in his left hand and some numbness. [REDACTED] had pain in his left shoulder and the left side of his chest.
