Associate was cutting cables on [REDACTED]

As Associate was cutting the cable a spark came off the cables and hit him on his left arm causing a burn. After work he cleaned the wound with alcohol and did not bandage it. On [REDACTED] associate hit wound against a piece of wood with nail in it which was shown to supervisor. Supervisor called Safety Manager saying it looked infected so they had associate go to the ER to get it evaluated and cleaned.
